Nicolas Colin, a telecommunications engineer, graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and graduate of the National School of Administration, Finance Inspector. He is currently a founding partner of the investment company thefamily. He is also director of digital branch of the La Poste Group and Commissioner Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, where he was appointed by the President of the National Assembly in January 2014. Author specializing in digital transition the economy, he co-wrote with Henri Verdier, the Age of the multitude, initiate and govern after the digital revolution (Ed. Armand Colin, May 2012) and, with Pierre Collin (State Councilor), a expert report on the taxation of the digital economy, transmitted to the Government in January 2013. He is also a teacher at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and executive committee member of the think tank Law & Growth.
